My name is Allan D. Millington

Allan D. Millington is a United States Army Veteran and the Founder of Anivas Technology, where he focuses on supporting federal agencies through complex technology, data, and operational initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of experience across government service and federal contracting, with a career centered on large-scale programs involving financial systems, data analytics, and enterprise modernization.

Over the course of his career, Allan has supported and led efforts associated with federal contract awards totaling more than $739 million, including work connected to agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). His experience spans business development, capture support, program execution, and collaboration with technical and operational teams in highly regulated environments.

Allan’s background includes extensive hands-on involvement with data analytics, financial systems, cloud environments, and enterprise platforms. He has worked on initiatives involving data conversion, system integration, cloud migration, and governance, supporting both business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of complex federal programs. His approach emphasizes clear requirements, disciplined execution, and alignment between mission needs and technical solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing graduate-level studies in Cybersecurity, Global Leadership Strategies, and Finance. His academic focus reflects a continued commitment to strengthening leadership skills and technical understanding in areas critical to modern government operations.
