Requirements
We are seeking a Project Manager to support ongoing projects and initiatives within Anivas Technology’s portfolio of consulting and technology services. This role will contribute to organizational objectives by applying expertise in its functional area, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with customer mission needs.
Position Description
A Project Manager is responsible for serving as the single point of contact for VHA requests related to contractor performance and SME support. The role requires experience managing large-scale programs encompassing multiple projects, with total lifecycle budgets and complexity comparable to the task order. Responsibilities include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs in support of an agency’s mission. The Project Manager should possess a BA/BS degree and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, with a minimum of four years’ experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably within a healthcare organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Carry out the core functions of the Project Manager role, ensuring compliance with program and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to support project and program objectives.
Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, or analyses relevant to assigned tasks.
Apply best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Preferred Skills/Certifications
Prior experience in federal or government contracting environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools, processes, and systems relevant to the role.
Professional certifications applicable to the position are desirable but not required.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or equivalent clearance if required by the contract.
Must complete all mandated compliance and security training prior to system access.
Must reside in the United States and comply with USCIS I-9 verification requirements.
